Regular Exercise
Regular Exercise is very important for everybody. Walking is the best one because most organs move while you are walking. Everyday, at least 10 minutes is enough if you do exercise regularly. There are many who start to go Gym but after some day they give up and start getting extra fat and looking ugly. If you are little concious about your health, you don't need to go gym for your burning extra fat. You can do it at home.... you can jog in your room till you get sweat.
Whenever you go out, if possible walk to the place where you are going. It depends how much time you do have. I myself go walking and always save some extra time for walking. I don't use my car often and whole day I try walking at least for half an hour and free hand exercise is very helpful to keep your body fit.
